We think that the theme is quality time because all the family ever was was alone . You should pay more attention to your family but that family was always on there phone or cooking or on there laptop . They did not pay attention to what was really important .
At first the family was not paying attention but that was the normal way and when everything was off the phones and computers were not working .That was not the normal way . At first when the lights went off everybody was scared and afraid but when the family got together they were not scared and afraid they felt safe and very very calm.
Since nobody could do what they wanted they had to do what somebody else wanted to do that thing did not take using electronics it took having the family all together and having fun. Then the boy decided that the family should go outside . When they got outside there was a party with everybody . That is something that you should experience with your family . When the lights went back on every thing was beck to normal. It was loud and the birds were chirping and the cars were honking and most important the lights were back on. Not everybody liked that. The boy turned of the lights so they could play the game . Everybody got off of there electronics and played the game . Everybody loved the new normal .
Madeline: I think that this means that you should spend more time with your family . Jenna: I thinks that if you don't spend time with your family then you will never get to know them.
